7:00 Doors Open.  Come in, have a bite and get settled in the circle.

7:30 Doors Close.  Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time and you can have something to eat and drink and be settled in.

Self Love Salon

We will be exploring how we treat ourselves – spiritually, emotionally, physically and sexually.

The first part of the evening we will have discussion – as a group then in small groups.

This will naturally flow into some clothed exercises.

After review and discussion we will move forward with some more intimate work that will involve partial and full nudity.

There will be lots of movement and self touch throughout the evening with breaks for refreshments.

For refreshments we will have coffee, tea, fruit, veggies, cheese and crackers, something salty and of course – chocolate:)

Provided for your pleasure will also be coconut oil, silicon lubricant and a collection of self massagers and more for you to stimulate and relax yourself with.
